Name Badge
You will receive your name badge at check in during registration. You are kindly requested to wear your badge during all sessions and social events. Entry may be denied for people without badges. Lost badges will NOT be reissued.
Refreshments
Coffee and refreshments will be served to registered participants during the event period. Do not bring food and beverage into the session hall.
Photography and Recording
Taking photographs or making any form of electronic recording during the scientific sessions is prohibited. An official photographer will be present for the entire event. Photos can be downloaded from the event website http://www.ent.cuhk.edu.hk/entconf2018 three weeks after the event.
By registering to attend the CUHK ENT Conference 2018, you acknowledge and agree that official photographs and recording taken during the meeting may be used for future promotional purposes.

The official language of the Event is English.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the event venue.
Liability & Insurance
The Chinese University of Hong Kong cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
