Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy

• All cancellations must be made in writing to hncourse2020@ent.cuhk.edu.hk by 12 November 2020. An administrative fee of HK$ 600 will be charged. There is no refund on or after 13 November 2020. All refund will be processed within 90 days after the course.

Postmarked, faxed or email on/after 13 November 2020	No refund

Should the Course be cancelled due to unforeseeable circumstances, the organizer shall try to reschedule the programme whenever possible. There will be no refund if the delegate cannot attend the re-scheduled programme. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organizing Committee, the Course is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of course expenses already incurred.
