Dr. Su-Ho PARK is an accomplished researcher in immunology and cancer biology, currently advancing innovative research at the JC STEM Lab of Personalised Cancer Medicine at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). Driven by a passion for uncovering novel therapeutic paradigms within the tumour microenvironment, his expertise spans both foundational academic research and industrial translational applications.

Dr. PARK laid a robust technical foundation during his graduate studies by investigating the anti-cancer efficacy of natural compounds and immune cell lineage development using both murine models and human systems. This academic excellence earned him a prestigious 3-year Global PhD Fellowship from the National Research Foundation of Korea, fostering high-impact international collaborations with institutions like the QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute in Australia. He later expanded his expertise into human T-cell immunology and viral responses during a postdoctoral fellowship in Germany, before transitioning to the biotechnology sector as an R&D team manager for TCR-engineered T-cell therapies at a South Korean startup.

Currently focussing on the vast potential of extracellular vesicles (EVs), Dr. PARK aims to establish next-generation, personalised cancer immunotherapies that enhance the efficacy of adoptive T-cell therapies against solid tumours and overcome adaptive immune resistance.
