罗教授目前担任言语治疗部门的主管，他在香港及澳洲均为注册的言语语言病理学家。他的临床专长为治疗声线障碍、流畅障碍以及多语言群组的相关障碍。罗教授的研究范围包括口吃和声线障碍的治疗成效和流行病学、与口吃相关的语言因素、有关声线感知评估和言语语言病理学临床教育的课题。
