聽力學研究

聽力學是一門快速發展的學科。在過去的幾十年中，全球進行了大量有關聽力學的研究，包括但不限於聽神經功能的電生理測量、聽力保護、聽覺植入、前庭康復治療、耳鳴、言語感知、聽覺處理、心理聲學、助聽器設計，及聽力損失的心理社會後果。

Rhinology Research

Rhinology research at CUHK spans a wide range of areas, including allergic and non allergic rhinitis, sinusitis and nasal polyps, collaborative microbiology and cytokine studies, development and evaluation of surgical instruments, investigations into benign nasal pathologies, and research related to nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). These efforts contribute to improved diagnosis, management, and patient outcomes.

言語病理學研究

言語治療是研究溝通障礙、語言、言語、認知、聲音和吞嚥能力等。這些問題經常發生在頭頸部手術後、腦血管意外（中風）、腦腫瘤、頭部受傷和神經肌肉疾病。

Smell Research

Smell research at CUHK focuses on advancing the understanding, diagnosis, and treatment of olfactory disorders. Through the dedicated CUHK Smell Clinic, ongoing clinical and translational studies investigate the mechanisms underlying smell loss, its relationship with nasal and sinus diseases, and emerging medical and surgical approaches aimed at restoring olfactory function and improving patient quality of life.
