Dr. LAI completed his residency training in Otorhinolaryngology in 2012 with special interests on facial plastic and endoscopic ear surgery. He received subspecialty overseas training in Japan, Taiwan and USA. He passed the examination and requirements set by the International Board for Certification in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is currently the honorary associate consultant taking care of facial nerve palsy clinic at Kowloon East Cluster, Hong Kong
