Mr. FONG is a speech therapist specializing in the management of swallowing disorders. He has vast clinical experience in different populations including patients with neurogenic problems, head and neck cancer and the paediatric population. His research interest is also on dysphagia, in particular in patients with nasopharyngeal cancer and dysphagia management in the community and residential care home settings. His work in this area are published in numerous peer-reviewed journals.
