Please note that the registration fee will be charged in Hong Kong Dollar (HK$). The price in United States Dollar (US$) is for reference only.

Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy

• All cancellations must be made in writing to hncourse2022@ent.cuhk.edu.hk by 28 October 2022. An administrative fee of HK$ 600 will be charged. There is no refund on or after 29 October 2022. All refund will be processed within 90 days after the course.

Should the Course be cancelled due to unforeseeable circumstances, the organizer shall try to reschedule the programme whenever possible. There will be no refund if the delegate cannot attend the re-scheduled programme. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organizing Committee, the Course is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of course expenses already incurred.
