Dr. Lau graduated from The Chinese University in Hong Kong, followed by specialist training in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck surgery at the Prince of Wales Hospital with advanced training in Head and Neck surgery, microvascular reconstruction and robotics. Dr. LAU is the 2018 outstanding young fellow of the Hong Kong College of Otorhinolaryngologist. He is currently a Consultant in Prince of Wales Hospital and a Clinical Associate Professor (honorary) in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at The Chinese University of Hong Kong as well as a Global Fellow with the International Federation of Head and Neck Oncologic Societies. He currently works with the CUHK Head and Neck team with special interests in Virtual Surgical planning, Transoral Robotic surgeries and Thyroid radiofrequency ablation procedures.

Dr. Yeung is a Consultant in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at the United Christian Hospital and Tseung Kwan O Hospital in Hong Kong. He is also an Honorary Clinical Associate Professor at the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery of The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Dr. Yeung received his medical degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and completed his specialty training in Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at the United Christian Hospital under the guidance of Dr. Victor ABDULLAH. He then went on to complete a 2-year post-fellowship training in head and neck cancer surgery at the Prince of Wales Hospital and United Christian Hospital in Hong Kong.
Dr. Yeung is a specialist in head and neck cancer surgery and now serves as a member of the Head and Neck Surgery Board in the Hong Kong College of Otorhinolaryngologists. He has completed the IFHNOS Global Online Fellowship in Head and Neck Surgery and Oncology with Honors. He is also a recipient of the Thomas Cheung Educational Fund Scholarship and Hospital Authority Corporate Scholarship to undergo hands-on training in head and neck cancer surgery at the University of Cape Town with Professor Johannes FAGAN. He was elected to be the Distinguished Young Fellow of the Hong Kong College of Otorhinolaryngologists in 2017, and he received the Hospital Authority Young Achiever Award in 2021.
Dr. Yeung has special interests in head and neck free flap reconstruction, sialendoscopy, and radiofrequency ablation for benign thyroid nodules.

Professor Chan is currently Clinical Professor and Chairman of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. He also is the Assistant Dean (Student Development) for the Faculty of Medicine. With a global perspective following graduating from Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ School of Medicine in London, specialist training in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck surgery at the Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions with advanced training in Head and Neck surgery, microvascular reconstruction and robotics.
Professor Chan’s clinical expertise covers the full breadth of head and neck surgery, including a focus on minimally invasive approaches, in particular, transoral robotic approaches for head and neck tumours. His current area of research is focused on the role of the microbiome in head and neck cancers and the development of endoluminal robotics in surgery for which he has received numerous grants and Co-Founded a robotics startup - Agilis Robotics Ltd. In addition, he serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Otolaryngology -Head and Neck Surgery, the official journal of the Canadian Society of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, and has over 100 peer reviewed published journal articles.

Samuel Cheng is the Associate Consultant in Department of ENT of New Territories East Cluster, Hospital Authority and Clinical Assistant Professor (honorary) of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He graduated from The Chinese University in Hong Kong and completed specialist training in otorhinolaryngology, head & neck surgery at the Prince of Wales Hospital. He also completed post-fellowship training in Head & Neck Surgery by Hong Kong College of Otorhinolaryngology and Global online fellowship (GOLF) by the International Federation of Head and Neck Oncologic Societies (IFHNOS). He has special interest in ultrasound guided ablation for thyroid and salivary glands. With also deep interest in oral cavity cancer treatments and reconstructions, he underwent training in Tata memorial (ACTREC) Head & Neck Oncology Centre in Mumbai.

Dr. Ronald Lai is an Associate Consultant in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at United Christian Hospital and Tseung Kwan O Hospital in Hong Kong. He is also a Clinical Assistant Professor (honorary) at the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Dr. Lai received his medical degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He was awarded the College Medal for best trainee research presentation competition and the Thomas Cheung Education Fund Scholarship during his specialty training. Upon completing a 3-year post-fellowship training in head and neck cancer surgery at Prince of Wales Hospital and United Christian Hospital in Hong Kong, he also obtained the IFHNOS Global Online Fellowship in Head and Neck Surgery and Oncology with Honours.
Dr. Lai was awarded the Hospital Authority Corporate Scholarship to undergo training in head and neck cancer surgery with Professor Johannes FAGAN and endoscopic sinus & skull base surgery with Professor Darlene LUBBE respectively at the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
Dr. Lai is currently a trainer in head and neck surgery at the Kowloon East Cluster, Hong Kong. In addition to head & neck resection and reconstructive surgeries, he has developed special interests in dysphagia management and minimally invasive surgeries including radiofrequency ablation of benign thyroid nodules, sialendoscopy and transoral robotic surgery.

Dr. Siu-Kwan NG is an ENT surgeon in private practice. He is also the Clinical Associate Professor (honorary) of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Apart from general Ear, Nose and Throat practice, his special clinical interests include thyroid and salivary gland surgeries. He is an executive committee member of the Asia-Pacific Society of Thyroid Surgery and the Executive Board member of the International Multidisciplinary Salivary Gland Society. He is interested in training and has been a regular inviting faculty at various conferences and hands-on training courses, both locally and overseas.

Eddy Wai Yeung Wong graduated at the medical faculty of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). After graduation from the medical school, he pursued his ENT specialist training in the United Christian Hospital (UCH) and the Prince of Wales Hospital (PWH) in Hong Kong. After that, he developed an interest in head & neck surgery. He underwent further subspecialty training both locally and overseas including the attachment to Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan and MD Anderson Cancer Hospital in Houston.
He is currently the Chief of Service (Department of Ear Nose & Throat) in Prince of Wales Hospital and Clinical Associate Professor (honorary) of CUHK. He is also the Chief Editor of “Head and Neck Dissection and Reconstruction Manual” published by CUHK in 2015. Aside from head and neck oncology surgery, he is also interested in robotic and endoscopic surgery for head and neck diseases.

Professor Richard Yuxiong Su currently works as Clinical Professor and Chief of Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Faculty of Dentistry, The University of Hong Kong. He is also an Honorary Professor at the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Chinese University of Hong Kong. Professor Su is a Councillor of International Academy of Oral Oncology. He serves as international faculty and Asia Pacific Board member of the AO Craniomaxillofacial Foundation. He also works as a Section Editor of International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, an Associate Editor of Frontiers in Oncology (Head and Neck Cancer Section) and Deputy Editor of Craniomaxillofacial Trauma & Reconstruction. His main research areas include clinical and translational research in oral and maxillofacial oncology, microsurgical reconstruction, and salivary gland diseases, with special focus on computer-assisted surgery and 3D printing in head and neck reconstruction. He has published more than 150 manuscripts in peer-reviewed international journals. Professor Su is the inventor of seven patents, including two US and EU patents and five China patents. He has been awarded ten peer-reviewed external research grants as the principal investigator. Professor Su has been invited to give lectures in numerous international and regional conferences and courses. He is ranked by Clarivate Analytics in the top 1% researcher worldwide by citations in 2021 and 2022.

Dr. Wong graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and subsequently completed specialist training in Otorhinolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery. He was awarded the Gold Medal in the Joint Intercollegiate Specialist Examination in Otorhinolaryngology in 2025 and received the George Choa Prize for Outstanding Presentation from the Hong Kong College of Otorhinolaryngologists in 2024. Dr. Wong is currently a Resident Specialist at Prince of Wales Hospital and is undergoing post-fellowship training in Head and Neck Surgery, with particular interests in head and neck oncology and virtual surgical planning.
