Registration fees in US Dollar are for reference only. Payment will be transacted in the Hong Kong Dollar observing the indicated deadlines. Remarks:

* Proof of status required such as a copy of valid trainee staff card or up to date official letter issued by the institution.
If proof of status is not received, the registration fee will be adjusted to normal rate.

** Low/Lower-middle income countries are defined according to the World Bank Country Classification of Low income economies countries; click here to see the Country Classification data. Proof of nationality such as passport must be shown at onsite registration desk. If country proof is not available/verified, the difference between onsite registration rate and reduced rate will be collected.

• Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
• Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
• Proof of status such as a copy of valid trainee staff card or an up to date official letter issued by the institution is required in order to enjoy any qualifying reduced registration rate. If this confirmation is not received, the registration fee will be adjusted to normal rate.
• Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the onsite rate. Proof of payment will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Request for cancellation must be electronically mailed (reg@rhinology2017.org) and observing the following policy:
