| 1. | We invite submission of abstracts on topics pertaining to your researches and experience on endoscopic ear surgery. | |
| 2. | The abstract body should not exceed 250 words. | |
| 3. | TITLE should be typed in CAPITALS. Do not underline the title. | |
| 4. | AUTHORS’ NAMES should be typed in CAPITALS and followed by the name and full address of the institution where the scientific work was undertaken. The name of the presenting author should be underlined. | |
| 5. | The content of the abstract should start without an indent and should include: | |
| - A sentence stating the aim of the study - A brief statement of the methods used - A summary of the results - A statement of conclusions - Tables and figures may be included |

| 6. | 6. Email the completed abstract form with abstract in Microsoft Word format to hktees@ent.cuhk.edu.hk on or before 20 October 2017. | |
| 7. | Notification of acceptance and format of presentation will be announced by 31 October 2017 after the abstract is accepted. | |
| 8. | The language of forum is English. | |
| 9. | Your abstract will appear in print as submitted. Please ensure you check your data carefully before submitting as changes or additions will not be accepted after the Call for Abstracts closes. | |
